Delivery
You have the option to collect in store (26 Church St, Cromer, NR27 9ES) free of charge or your order can be delivered direct to you.
Online orders will be despatched within 5 working days of your order unless additional services have been requested.
All orders will be sent via secure, insured post. Orders over £500 qualify for free delivery. An additional fee will be charged for orders under £500 and confirmed at check out.
If you require additional modifications to your order, please contact us before placing your order to request a quote. We can then add this to your order once purchased.
Return and refund policy
If you wish to return an item, we offer a 14-day returns period from your purchase date. You must notify us of your intention to return an item by emailing info@orionjewellers.com within 14 days and request a returns number. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, sent via trackable insured courier/post.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, unfortunately, certain jewellery items, such as pierced earrings, may not be eligible for a return unless they are not of acceptable quality or damaged during delivery.
Special order items, bespoke items and items that have been resized or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged for refund or credit.
All of the items available for sale via this website are pre-loved and as such may have imperfections or natural aging related flaws. They have been reconditioned by our jewellers to a high standard in keeping with their age and materials.
